Western Inn & Suites Hampton

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great spot for visiting friends, too!

The breakfast could use some improvement. It was a bit too minimal for my liking.

Enchanting clean hotel and staff was very amiable and affable. The room was good sized with a jacuzzi tub mirror as well as jacuzzi tub, I think it was great value. Had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom. The service was EXCELLENT, no reason to complain.

Very dirty walls and awful breakfast selection.

Consider requesting a microwave in your room. It's great for heating snacks after a long day.

I was almost going to leave a good review, but, sadly the entire hotel reeked of weed, just lovely. The pillows were flat like pancakes. No one even offered a complimentary gesture for all my troubles. How rude! Clearly, hospitality is not their strong suit at Western Inn & Suites. Disappointing, to say the least.

Not ideal for date night

The jacuzzi suite was a disappointment, but it had a decent size. We had a nice time laughing about the ridiculousness of it all.

It wasn't cheap,,, but still somewhat acceptable.

The location is super convenient, just a short drive from the cheesecake factory at cumberland mall. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the lovely front desk receptionist joy. She was so friendly. The queen room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Upon arrival, my requested non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The aging shower showed clear signs of wear, and while the room had a decent overall presentation, areas like the soap dispensers felt neglected. Breakfast turned out to be more of an afterthought, with only some zip-locked muffins and a self-serve coffee setup that could use some life. In hindsight, the dated appearance and odors could use some attention to freshen things up a bit.

The queen room had amazing air conditioning and a private bathroom with great body soap. There was a tv, and the microwave made snacks super easy. I loved the tea/coffee maker and the cozy seating area. Check-in was smooth, and the girl was super sweet, which we appreciated after a long drive. Proximity to the speedway was a plus, too!

The room was clean and had a cozy vibe, but the breakfast was quite basic. However, I enjoyed the fresh fruit and the Wi-Fi worked well. I might try elsewhere next time.

The Queen Room was pretty nice. The A/C was ice-cold and really kept the room comfortable. Shower had hot water, awesome after a long day. The TV worked well too. But the pillows were kind of flat, which wasn't great for sleeping.

You can't miss the gourmet cheese sandwiches I snagged at a nearby deli. They were a game changer! Plus, the A/C in our Queen Room was ice-cold and the shower? Pure bliss with hot water on demand.
